For 1 shake:
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 cup lowfat or nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 banana
Blend together
With blender running add 2 cups of frozen strawberries
Enjoy
Note: Any type of 100% juice may be used
