As part of our continued focus on Organizational Clarity, specifically on the Alignment of Managed Systems, we have moved our Performance Evaluation processes for our Support Staff (Instructional/Operational) & Operational Administrators into Frontline's Professional Growth system. Who is Considered Support Staff (Instructional/Operational) & Operational Administrators?

The following employee evaluation types are included in CSD Instructional and Operational Support Staff & Operational Administrators:

  • Administrative Support

  • Bus Drivers

  • Facilities and Maintenance

  • Health Room Assistants

  • Instructional Aide (IA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), and Job Coach

  • Library Aides

  • Nutritional Services

  • Operational Administrators

  • Student Support

  • Technology Support

As a Support Staff member and an Operational Administrator, your job title falls into one of the employee evaluation types above. The employee evaluation types, as well as the Performance Evaluation rubrics, can be found in Frontline.

What are the Performance Evaluation Processes?

For the upcoming year, Instructional and Operational Support Staff, as well as the Operational Administrators, will be assigned to ONE of the Performance Evaluation Processes listed below. Performance Evaluation Processes are assigned based on your employee evaluation type (above) and job title (below). For more information on the specifics of which Performance Evaluation Process you are assigned, please see below.  If you have any questions, please contact your direct Supervisor.

  • Step 1: Set a SMART Goal - Setting a SMART Goal in CSD (5 min)

  • Step 2: Mid-Year Review

  • Step 3: Self-Assessment

  • Step 4: Final Performance Evaluation
