How do I submit my paperwork?
Beginning with the 2022 school year, Centennial School District will be using Raptor Volunteer Management System to provide a more efficient and effective process to verify and track volunteer clearances. Before you click the link below to begin your volunteer application, please ensure that you have read the guidelines outlined in CSD Policy 916 and have all clearances stated above accessible so that you can upload them during the application process.
Once submitted, clearances will continue to be verified by the volunteer coordinator. Approval can take as long as one week.
The submitted clearances must be the correct required documents. If a submitted clearance is one that we do not accept, it will result in a delay to volunteer.
Once approved, volunteers will receive an email via Raptor system. Volunteers will also receive an email from Raptor when their clearances are about to expire. The emails will automatically be generated 30 days prior to expiration.
*NOTE - If you don't have computer access you can drop your clearances off at the Admin building (located at 48 Swan Way. Warminster, PA 18974) Monday-Friday 9:00am to 3:00p.m. Fax to 215 441-6101.
