*All submissions have to be made by 11:59 pm on Friday, September 20, 2024.

IMPORTANT: All current AETNA health insurance and prescription plans are being replaced with new plans.

This Open Enrollment WILL require action from all eligible employees. If you are enrolled in one of the current health/RX insurance plans and fail to respond by the deadline, you will automatically be placed in our base plans: Aetna PPO 30/60 and RX 15/35/60/100.

It is important to review Aetna's summaries for medical and prescription plans before making selections:

Administrators, CEA/Teachers, 260- and 217-day Support Staff please review:

  • Modified QPOS 15/30 Plan

  • PPO 30/60

  • PPO 2000/4000 RX 15/55/95/250 with HSA (Health Savings Account)

  • RX Plan 15/35/65/100

180-day Support Staff please review:

  • PPO 70/80 RX 15/60/120/10%

CASH-IN-LIEU  260-day & 217-day full-time Support Staff and Act-93 members can receive cash for waiving CSD medical coverage. New Cash program participants who opt out of the CSD-provided health insurance plan must demonstrate enrollment in a qualifying health insurance plan outside of CSD to remain in this program.

You are encouraged to use Frontline Central and fill out enrollment forms that fit your employee group.
