Accidental Damage Insurance (Optional)
Optional Accidental Damage Insurance Payments
As outlined in our 1:1 Student/Family Device Agreement (accessible through our 1:1 Initiative Resources portion of our website), if parents would like to purchase $30.00 insurance for accidental damages, they can do so through one of the following means:
Option 1: Paying for the insurance through PayK-12 during the back-to-school info and forms process in Skyward; in order to do this please see the following steps:
Step 1 - Log on to Skyward, then click Open Family Access
Step 2 - On the left of the screen, click Fee Management from the menu.
Step 3 - From the Fee management page, click on Make a Payment. This will open a new screen to PayK12, our payment website.
Step 4 - On PayK12, you can either click ADD or ADD all.
Step 5 - A pop-up will appear. Click Checkout now.
Step 6 - Then fill in your credit card information and hit submit to pay your fees.
Option 2: Paying by cash or a check, made payable to the Centennial School District, and dropped off or mailed to Technology Department, 48 Swan Way, Warminster, PA 18974
